【about design】 I have knitted hats with the same cables as the Snowy Forest sweater, which I have designed for Laine Magazine issue 10. When you see the hat from the top, you will see a kind of flower motif. The Snowy Flower Hat is worked in the round from the bottom up. Decrease stitches are worked invisibly in cable pattern. I have knitted three samples: rustic wool yarn in worsted weight, rustic wool yarn in sport weight and silk mohair in lace weight together, and wool cashmere yarn in light fingering weight and silk mohair in lace weight together.
